All items are shipped from Melbourne, Australia within 2-4 business days of your order being received (not including weekends or public holidays), unless advised otherwise at the time of purchase ie custom orders or buy-ins.
Please then allow standard postage times for delivery to your area, as per the Australia Post website. Once your order has been posted we have no control over the Australia Post delivery schedules.
IMPORTANT:
Purchasing Express Post at checkout relates to the order being sent using an express method after dispatch (once a tracking number has been provided). Selecting Express Post does not prioritise your order in our warehouse and all orders regardless of their selected shipping option are sent in chronological order. If you need your order urgently, please reply to your confirmation email and ask if we are able to fulfil this request sooner – it is not always possible for us to prioritise dispatch, and we only offer same day dispatch under special circumstances.
TeckWrap Craft Australia currently only ships within Australia and New Zealand and all items are sent with tracking. Shipping is charged to you at cost, and will be calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. If our shipping engine on our website accidentally over-charges you, we will always refund you the difference.
You have three options for receiving your order
1. Australia Post
TeckWrap Craft Australia will not be held accountable for any items lost or damaged during transit with Australia Post. If you are worried about this at all then I would urge you to take out Signature on Delivery and/or additional Insurance on your order.
Signature on Delivery is $2.95 – you can add it to your cart here.
Please note that Australia Post provides free insurance on the first $100 value of items, so you only need to add additional insurance if you have purchased over $100 of product. If your product value comes to more than $100, we will automatically add shipping insurance to your order (charged at cost) – if you choose not to pay for additional insurance you are welcome to remove the tick from the “Shipping Insurance” box at checkout, however please note you would then only be covered for $100 of product in the event of loss or damage to your package, regardless of how much you paid.
2. Sendle
Please note that as of July 2024, after repeated and ongoing issues with Sendle delivery partners, we have elected to cease using Sendle for any of our orders. We are currently investigating and testing other economical delivery partners, and we will update our shipping options on our website as soon as we have located a provider we’re happy with.
3. Local Pickup
If you live in Melbourne then we are happy to arrange for contactless local pickup. If you select Local Pickup on checkout then we will be in touch to make arrangements with you as soon as your order is ready for collection. Note that the GENERAL AREA for pickup (we won’t post the exact suburb or address on our website as we are a home-based business) is Carrum Downs. We can arrange for local pickups any weekday between 8am-5pm, plus evenings and weekends by prior arrangement.
4. Free Shipping
All orders over $120 will automatically qualify for free shipping. Orders to New Zealand are not eligible for free shipping, and sale items also do not qualify. Discount codes may be used on orders with free shipping, but please note the invoice value must be $120 AFTER discount code.
This free shipping will be via a provider of our choice, by most economical means. If you specifically require your order to be shipped by Australia Post then please pay for Australia Post shipping, as we cannot guarantee that Australia Post will be the most economical option. Therefore, if taking advantage of the free shipping code, you must provide a street address for shipping, as economy courier providers cannot deliver to a Post Office box or a Parcel Locker.
Remember, insurance is not automatically included with free shipping so if you require shipping insurance please purchase it at checkout by keeping the tick in the “Shipping Insurance” box at checkout.
